- Personal Bio: I happen to be a 1980 graduate of Troup High School. Having dreamed of being a "Tiger" in my Elementary School years I truly am grateful for the opportunity to return to the Maroon & White. A two time graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, I have been in the field of education now for over three decades and served the families of New Braunfels ISD, Pflugerville ISD and Jacksonville ISD before returning to Troup. My wife and I relocated to my homestead, just outside the city limits of Troup, in January of 2021 and our son, Mason is a student at Troup High School.
